FINSMART is a technology company engaged in securities trading and related system development under the uSMART Group. Its core technical team comes from technology giants and well-known financial companies, including famous IT companies and financial institutions such as Tencent, Alibaba, Yahoo, and Ping An. It has more than 100 employees, and technical personnel account for more than 80%.

Since 2018, the core team of FINSMART has developed an industry-leading securities trading and settlement system, as well as APP and PC terminals for uSMART Hong Kong and uSMART Singapore, providing strong technical support for the business development of uSMART Securities.

In 2023, FINSMART officially provided fintech services to the outside world. In the same year, it established a joint venture with Hengyun Technology (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hundsun Electronics SH.600570) in Hong Kong to build securities trading and peripheral systems for local financial companies in Hong Kong. In Southeast Asian regions such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, it also provides complete solutions for securities trading systems for many securities companies. Currently, the technical team is mainly distributed in Shenzhen, China and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
